EFP approached VentureField as the credit crunch bit the Financial Services Industry hard; EFP needed to change their business in order to increase revenues from their client base.

VentureField worked to rapidly understand the business, its clients, its current capability and current processes.

This immersion led to the creation of a new level of service product with a new revenue stream for the business, this was then supported with a clear plan of the processes, operational resources and marketing required in order to offer and deliver this new product to existing and new clients.

This product has since been supported by VentureField devising and managing a new brand identity.

The new service is now available and EFP has set up a new Limited company to offer it.
