Commercial Leadership In Challenging Times

Philip was Head of Category for Infant Nutrition for a vital period of change in 2020 and 2021. The category was encountering significant change at this time due to the impact of Covid-19 on consumer buying habits.

Philip successfully led the Category Team at this time through the monthly commercial planning process as well as 2022 strategy.

Phil led the Strategic Revenue Management (Revenue Growth Management) process for the category, and through thorough and robust analysis identified and led the delivery of several different opportunities for growth, including: Channel Strategy, Price & Pack Architecture, Pricing Index, JBP Process & Guidelines, Customer prioritsation and activation evaluation.
