VentureField was appointed to support the founders of CaféPod develop a Go2Market Strategy for Coffee Capsule start-up. After a rapid immersion in this emerging category we developed a comprehensive strategy to approach the UK retailers. We were integral to the set up of the business & development of the CaféPod Brand positioning values, identity & design, as well supported the founders developing the investment memorandum & integral to the subsequent funding pitches.
We advised on the operation of the business from selecting suppliers, to supporting the QA & manufacturing processes. In little over a year the product, brand & commercial plan had been executed & the brand launched into the retail market.
Through a compelling shopper & trade proposition & engaged with customers & achieved listings in over 1000 stores across Waitrose, Tesco, Sainsburys, Jupiter Hotels & distributors the business will this year turnover £7M.
