UP&GO is Australia’s biggest breakfast cereal & targeted an approach into the UK market. We developed a compelling business plan & Go2Market Strategy that engaged of Investors, marketing agencies & retailers.

After the successful fund raise we supported the product development process & production planning, & conducted a competitor product & activity analysis that informed our trade approach & ensured a successful product.

We developed a successful market strategy using our proven approach, trade marketing strategy & presented the compelling consumer & trade proposition & Category Vision to UK retailers, achieving listings in Tesco, Waitrose, Ocado, Sainsburys & ASDA.

The Category Vision & trade marketing plan has led UP&GO to gain further distribution & product development that will drive the category further.

Once the UP&GO was successfully established in the retailers, we were asked to support the retail launch of Nutribix, another category & UK first as the world’s only Gluten Free Breeakfast Cereal Biscuit.
