We facilitate and guide Your team to explore the business and team dynamics through a walking journey and team exercises that enable all to connect with nature, with each other and to build trust and openness in an accessible, beautiful natural outdoor environment.

THE JOURNEY is held in a beautiful lowland location within stunning scenery and is a one-day experience of transformation and discovery where Your team are supported and facilitated to discover their current culture, roles, responsibilities and uncover any blockers to alignment to objectives during a day of a walking journey and or a series of outdoor activities that support team connection and effectiveness.

Guided Transformation

THE JOURNEY is more than an away day or team build.

The team are given opportunities to focus and develop, as they work together to explore the current business and team landcape, and map out the future requirements to overcome challenges to reach the business or organisational objectives.

THE JOURNEY can be tailored by transforming a typical indoor training session into an outdoor, in-nature workshop, adding in activties such as guided walks, navigation, short reflective solo experiences, team activties, campfire storytelling, horse trekking and much more.

Our workshops and programmes and content are tailored to your developmental needs, as well as to the physical abilities of all participants.  We believe in inclusivity and physical and psychological safety for all. Our experiences are accessible and fun for all those involved.

Our team of expert business coaches and leaders faciliate our actvities to ensure that Your team gets the most from this valuable time together and are accompanied by walking guides where appropriate to ensure the safety of your team.

Location: THE JOURNEY takes place in Sussex or Surrey in the South East of England in stunning scenery with access to a beautiful landscape and close to London and Gatwick and Heathrow airports.

Accommodation: We have on site accomodation for groups at our beautiful base.
