THE MOUNTAIN is a unique and outstanding experience we have developed for teams to deeply connect with each other whilst benefiting from the wisdom gained from time in nature, through spending time inside and outside and undertaking an accessible mountain ascent in stunning breathtaking together.

This programme provides the teams with a challenging, dramatic, emotional  but safe shared experience, within which they can explore and develop their intuition, relationships, communication, vision and morale.

The Outdoor experiences lead the team members to understand their personal roles and self leadership, and as group they develop their group dynamics and discover what is required to ensure they are a high performing team with the ability to succeed and overcome challenges to reach the future business objectives.

The team will consolidate their outdoor experience and indoor learnings and activities through poignant discussions on the ascent and descent, team exercises, reflection and sharing and apply the learnings to gain alignment and create a plan to communicate and execute within their wider business team.
